Overview
As our Games Operation Manager (Roblox), you are the in-house expert on the Roblox Creator back-end. You will monitor the daily performance of our live games catalogue, providing actionable insights and guidance to our production teams. By leveraging Roblox’s tools and platform data, you will play a key role in optimizing player engagement, improving retention, and driving revenues.
This role requires a balance of operational excellence, analytical skills, and creativity in shaping in-game events, promotions, and player communications.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Gameplay & Monitoring
Play and test our games extensively on a daily basis to deeply understand the player experience.
Navigate the Roblox Creator back-end and ensure each necessary tools powered by the platforms are properly implemented for each of our games.
Production Feedback
Compile insights based on performance data to help development teams focus on the right updates.
Work closely with producers, game designers, and economy designers to integrate suggested modifications.
Live Operations & Promotions
Leverage Roblox’s native tools to implement optimizations and maximize game visibility and revenue (events, localization, ads, CTR, etc.).
Develop, schedule, and execute live-ops strategies such as in-game events and promotions.
Monitor and analyze performance, providing clear reports and actionable feedback to improve results.
