Descriptif du poste

At Rivrs, we build and operate Minecraft multiplayer servers played by hundreds of thousands of players worldwide. We're a small, fast-moving team obsessed with game growth and we're looking for someone to own our organic short content strategy from day one.

This isn't a "post and pray" content job. You'll be at the center of our acquisition engine: turning raw gameplay footage into scroll-stopping short-form content, reading the data, and iterating fast.

🎬 Content production

• Create short-form videos (15s–60s) for TikTok, YouTube Shorts & Instagram Reels with one clear goal: bringing real players to our servers, not brand awareness.

• Write hooks and scripts that feel native, not promotional. You know the difference between content that gets watched and content that gets skipped.

• Edit gameplay footage from our rush libraries and turn it into high-retention snack content. Speed and instinct matter as much as polish.

📊 Performance & iteration

• Test concepts systematically: ship, read the data (views, retention, CTR), double down on what works, kill what doesn't.

• Monitor the performance of your creations and identify the key success criteria from the KPIs at your disposal.

• Continuously optimize your production pipeline. As volume scales, find smarter ways to produce more, faster, without dropping quality.

Profil recherché

⭐ What we're looking for

• You know the codes and best practices for TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts — not in theory, in practice. You watch a lot of content and you know why things work.

• You can write a hook that stops the scroll. Copywriting and editing are two sides of the same skill for you.

• You're comfortable with performance data. Retention curves, CTR, views, you use them to make decisions, not just reports.

• You've produced short-form video content at pace, ideally in a UA, mobile gaming, or social-first environment. You know what a "creative factory" workflow looks like in practice.

• You're autonomous, fast, and proactive. You don't wait for a brief, you spot what's working in the wild and pitch concepts.

• Minecraft or gaming culture knowledge is a big plus. You don't need to be a pro player, but you need to get why people watch gameplay.

• English working level required, our content is international.

✨ Nice to have

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere or equivalent

• Familiarity with UA creative workflows (spark ads, paid social)

• Knowledge of AI tools to speed up your production pipeline

Process de recrutement

We move fast, good candidates don't stay available for long.

• Step 1: Intro call (20–30 min): A first conversation with 1 or 2 members of Marketing and creative team. We'll talk about your background, how you work, and what you've built.

• Step 2: Creative challenge: A short take-home assignment. We give you raw gameplay footage and a brief. You show us how you find the hook and execute it.

• Step 3: Final interview: A call with the full team. We dig into creative strategy, how you read data, and how you'd fit into the way we work.

• Step 4: Offer: Welcome to Rivrs.
