As a Video Editor Intern at Rivrs, a UGC-focused video game studio working on Minecraft and Roblox, you will be at the heart of our content creation process. You’ll be responsible for producing short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube), from concept to final export, and leveraging AI tools to enhance the creative workflow.
You will lead the creative direction of the videos you produce, from ideation and scripting to editing and sound design, while maintaining a strong understanding of trends, formats, and audience preferences across social platforms.
🎬 Video Production & Editing
Edit dynamic and engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
Use AI-powered tools (for editing, transcription, sound design, or content generation) to accelerate production and improve quality.
Ensure each video aligns with Rivrs’ brand, tone, and community culture.
🧠 Creative Direction & Storytelling
Ideate, script, and structure short-form storytelling around Rivrs’ games and universe.
Work with the marketing and game design teams to develop creative content concepts.
Continuously benchmark and analyze the best-performing content trends (gaming, UGC, AI, etc.) to inspire new creative directions.
Propose innovative formats and recurring content ideas to build Rivrs’ identity on social platforms.
🤖 AI Integration & Workflow Innovation
Implement AI solutions to optimize content creation (voiceover generation, automatic clipping, visual enhancement, etc.).
Experiment with new tools (Runway, Pika, Gling, ElevenLabs, etc.) to push creative boundaries.
Contribute to building efficient internal production pipelines powered by AI.

Monitor video performance, trends, and audience feedback to refine creative strategy.
